Refunds & Cancellation

Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your account settings — no email, no phone call. Cancelling stops the next charge; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and the credits from that period stay usable until then. Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are billed by Apple and must be cancelled from your App Store account.
Refunds on subscriptions
Write to support within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full, as long as no more than 20% of the credits it granted have been spent. Past that, we refund the unused portion pro-rata. We will not ask you to justify the request.
Refunds on credit packs
Unused packs are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. If part of a pack has been spent, we refund the remainder.
When a render fails
If a video fails, or comes back empty or corrupted, the credits return to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask, and it does not count against the limits above. A finished video you simply do not like is not a failed render; AI output varies, which is why the credit cost is shown before you confirm. Send it to us anyway: if it is our fault, you get the credits back.
How refunds are paid
Back to the original payment method, issued within 5 business days of us agreeing to one. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.
Before you dispute a charge
Please write to us first. We would rather refund you directly and quickly than argue it through a bank.
